An update on shipping: With the safety precautions we have implemented, we have experienced a slow down in the processing of orders, which is causing some shipping delays. We are committed to shipping your order as quickly as possible. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as the package leaves our facility. SHIPPING POLICY
SweetChristis.com offers shipping via United States Postal Service (USPS). Delivery time is based on the shipping method selected at checkout.
Due to a reduced staff as a result of the COVID-19 restrictions, allow at least 4-5 business days for processing prior to shipment. Orders will arrive based on the transit time of theUnited States Postal Service (USPS). Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday. All orders process and ship Monday-Friday excluding Saturday, Sunday and all US federal holidays.
NOTIFICATIONS AND RECEIPTS
SweetChristis.com will email you an order confirmation. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email, which will include the tracking # associated with your shipment.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If a package arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of arrival. We will arrange for the return of the item(s), and a replacement will be sent to you.
LOST PACKAGES
In the rare event that your order never arrives, we must receive notification via email, within fifteen (15) days of order placement.
