If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for store credit only for the amount of the purchase, excluding the original shipping cost and any return postage required. The store credit issued is valid for ninety (90) days.

All items returned must be received in their original condition, including the original packaging, in order to qualify for store credit.

Return Timeframe:

Returns must be post-marked within 14 days of the delivery date.

Obtaining an RA#:

In order to return an item(s), you must email your request to customerservice@sweetchristis.com for a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Items returned without a valid RA# will not be issued store credit.

1. Obtain an RA# (See obtaining an RA# section above)

2. Securely pack item(s) along with a copy of the packing slip and RA#. The RA# must be listed on the outside of the package in addition to the enclosed packing slip. We are unable to process the return without a valid RA#.

Customer Service will email your store credit information. You are able to access any store credit information through your SweetChristis.com account.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for any packages lost in shipping. To safeguard your return, we advise you to obtain a tracking number and package insurance.

1. Items damaged in shipment are exceptions to the original condition terms.
2. Sale and Clearance items are not subject to return.
